What to write
on the back
of a Kudos Card.

  1. Prepare your thoughts before beginning to write on the card. You may even choose to practice writing your comments before transferring them to the Kudos Card.

  2. Best pen to use: a felt-tipped pen
    or marker with permanent ink. Try using a gold metallic ink permanent marker. It makes a very nice inscription. We suggest avoid using a ball point pen.

  3. Describe the specific behavior, action, or effort the Kudee took for which you are recognizing him/her with a Kudos Card.

  4. Write the date the card was presented.

  5. As Kudor, sign your name.
